Elizabeth Ward is a performance designer who creates live-form visual landscapes with installation, sculpture, large-scale spectacle, and performance, working in theater, aerial ballet, and opera. The experiential current of live performance critically informs her work, exploring the convergence of geography, gender, animal/human symbiosis, and geoscience, investigating how developments in material culture influenced modern society and concepts of social identity.
